Kristine thrives on helping clients! A resident of downtown Chicago for nearly twenty years, Kristine is thoroughly familiar with the buildings and neighborhoods surrounding downtown Chicago and has helped hundreds of satisfied real estate clients
Before starting her career in real estate, Kristine traveled Asia and the United States extensively with her work with Price Waterhouse Coopers and as an internal auditor. She has performed audits for several international Fortune 500 companies including UPS and Akzo Nobel and has worked for Chicago companies Leo Burnett, Allscripts, and Tellabs.
Kristine is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and frequently helps overseas buyers in both residential and commercial real estate investment. Having grown up in Beijing, China, Kristine feels right at home in Chicago’s urban hustle and bustle and is proud to serve as an ambassador between Chinese investors and Chicago’s real estate market, and often helps with income property analysis and property management.
A member of the Chicago Architecture Foundation, Kristine considers herself a Chicago Architecture buff and is keenly interested in new Chicago construction, especially downtown.
